Quilter's Zodiac

Back pain currently has me flat out for day 4 now. Typing this post has taken ages with one hand and a laptop tentatively balanced. But I'm bored.

Knitting while flat on back is more tiring than I would have assumed. I do it anyway but I do less of it and more slowly.

Anybody got a little soy cheese to go with my whine? :)

I have managed to surf a little and found the Quilter's Zodiac. It's fun. Here's mine.

Taurus - April 21 to May 20 Taurus is the quilter who always finishes a project, as they are persistent and determined. When attending workshops or using a pattern they will follow every instruction to the letter. They can be greedy when it comes to their stash, as they know the value of material. They save every bit of scrap. However, they are warmhearted and loving to such a degree that they have given away nearly every quilt they have ever made. They are gifted artists, excelling at sewing, patchwork and quilting. The stitching in their quilts is of such high quality that their quilts will endure for eons.

Except for the high quality of stitching, which I'm still working on, it is pretty much the truth.

I love being a Taurus. And in the Chinese Zodiac, I am the Ram. This means I am "double horned" and therefore, extra stubborn. I admit it. No apologies. It's what gets me through life. It's the thing that will get me through this back stuff.

Happy horoscopes, M
