Not much crafting going on here these days. I seem to have an aversion to sharp objects (like knitting needles, scissors, and needle and thread) while carrying a certain boy around, which I am doing a wonderful lot of.
Instead I have been reading some lovely books, trying to stay on top of laundry and housework, watching olympics and the odd movie, and dreaming of spring.
This afternoon during Callum's nap, we have Harry Potter's Chamber of Secrets in the dvd player and I'm loving the herbology nurseries. Wonder what it would take to build one of those in the backyard. Sigh. I'm missing the garden.
The funny thing is that I love winter. That's why we got married outside last week. But with a tiny one to keep warm, it's difficult to get outside much, without lots of extra planning and tons of trepidation about his body temperature.
So here we sit, staving off cabin fever, bundled up in warm woolens, daydreaming of blossoms and fresh veggies.
Hope you're all keeping warm, M
