Well, There Might Be Another Reason

That lethargy and exhaustion that comes with the early days of pregnancy might have something to do with the blog being so quiet lately, too.



Yes, we're pregnant and about 14 weeks along now.

We've kept this one pretty quiet until we were through the first trimester, just in case. And now it seems that everything is fine and dandy, with a baby that's growing like a weed.

So here's is Berry Baby - already a week ahead of schedule on the growth charts.

Seems like a good thing to announce on the first day of summer. Let's hope it's a good sign of things to come.

Blazing By

That's what time is doing these days, scorching fast.

We've been putting in the garden, at last. We've been trying to fight off colds, to no avail. We've been working hard, but not necessarily getting ahead.

Most importantly, we've been living in the now, planning for the future, dreaming of the things that might be.

It's all good.

Life as we know it will return to the blog as soon as we can get a grip on that time thing, maybe with oven mitts. :)
